The Senior Major Gifts Officer is responsible for devising and implementing effective, creative, and customized strategies to interest and engage major gift prospects. Strong interpersonal skills required, including teamwork, good judgment, diplomacy, self-confidence, and respect for confidentiality. A minimum of five years major gift fundraising experience preferred, with experience as a contact officer working directly with prospects and donors. Demonstrated successful experience cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding prospects and donors required. Proven experience using information systems to support fundraising activities required. The Children's Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH) Officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing CMNH campaigns, events, and promotions as well as supporting our Cause Related Marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years fundraising experience, be able to manage multiple projects and tasks, and be highly organized and detail-oriented.
