This website is not intended to nor does it seek to receive information from children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. However, information may be collected without requiring the user to disclose his or her age on this website. If you are under the age of thirteen, please do not submit any personally identifiable information via Children’s websites. For more information about the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), please go to the Federal Trade Commission’s website at: http://www.ftc.gov/privacy/privacyinitiatives/childrens.html.
We may have collected personal information from you before this Privacy Notice took effect. By using this site, you consent to our continued use of previously collected personal information under these new terms.
Deletion and Removal of Information
Non-identifiable information in our aggregate database will not be deleted. Like all responsible website publishers, we maintain backup files as a protection against natural disasters, equipment failures, or other disruptions. Backup files protect you and us because they lower the risk of losing valuable data. Removing a record from our main files does not remove that record from any backup systems. It may take up to six months before all information in a backup record is completely erased through the normal recycling of backup files. In the meantime, as long as backup records exist, they receive the same privacy and security protections as our other records.
