Heroes for Health

Heroes for Health recognizes donors whose annual gifts of $1,000 to $9,999 support patient care, education, research and advocacy at Children’s Hospital & Research Center Oakland.

Recognition Criteria

• Gifts may be unrestricted or designated to a particular program or department at Children’s
• Accumulated gifts from the same donor over the course of the calendar year must total between $1,000 and $9,999 (Contributions made at or through events will be recognized at the total amount after deducting the value of goods and services received.)
• Outright gifts (cash, stocks, bonds, mutual funs) valued at $1,000 to $9,999 will be recognized (includes outstanding pledge payments)
• Matching gifts and in-kind gifts do not qualify for Heroes For Health recognition
