Kohl’s Associates in Action Volunteer Program is a way for Kohl's team members to have direct impact on the lives of children in our area. Kohl's team members generously donate their time at Children's Hospital Oakland at community health and safety events as well as at hospital fundraising activities. Additionally, for every five associates volunteering three hours to Children’s Hospital Oakland, Kohl’s donates $500 over and above their corporate support.
